Urgent Care - Lead Advanced Physician Assistant (PA) (Per Diem)

We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as a Lead Provider in our urgent care clinics. This role involves clinical leadership, mentoring, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing Patient-Centered Care: Conduct health assessments, physical exams, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests. Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients about their health.
2. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate medical records, ensure a safe environment, and adhere to infection control and legal requirements.
3. Collaborating with a Team: Work with healthcare professionals to treat patients efficiently and plan care dispositions.
4. Continuing Education & Mentorship: Lead clinic operations, mentor new providers, and stay updated with professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree and PA certification, with a DEA license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in emergency, urgent care, or ambulatory settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
