Qualifications

• Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant or hold MA certification.
• Ability to cover other offices if needed.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in; verify demographic information.
• Load or update insurance information; collect co-pays and payments.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments; verify eligibility.
• Take vital signs, perform EKGs, assist providers.
• Prepare exam rooms and document encounters in Epic.
• Perform lab testing and manage specimens.
• Cross-train as medical assistant and support team.
