Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Clayton, NC is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role. You will provide patient-focused urgent and primary care, with training shifts and on-site HQ orientation to support your growth within a high-volume setting.

New graduates are welcome. The position offers extensive clinical support, pediatric care, telemedicine, occupational medicine, and competitive benefits. Rotating shifts include weekends as part of a full schedule.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required; new graduate friendly.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (we cover the cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat urgent care cases including cold/flu/strep/COVID.
• Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal).
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management and x-ray review (over-read by Radiologist).
• General Dermatology and eye problem evaluation.
• GYN and pediatric care as appropriate; occupational medicine and telemedicine.
