Baptist Health Urgent Care in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a caring Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional patient care across all ages. You will diagnose, treat and educate patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting, collaborating with a team of professionals to maintain high standards and safety.

The role emphasizes clinical assessment, procedural skills and leadership during emergencies, with full-time schedules and benefits as part of a growing urgent care network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
• Active state APRN license.
• Current FNP board certification.
• Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
• Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Diagnose, treat and educate patients across ages with acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform medical assessments, treatments and follow-up in urgent care settings.
• Oversee on-site labs, x-rays, injections and specimen collections as applicable.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to ensure policy and quality standards.
• Guide medical staff to maintain high-quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
