The program includes procedural training (suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, foreign body removal), community health engagement, and pathways for ongoing professional development through OSF leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in rural and medically underserved primary care settings.
• Procedural experience such as suturing, incision & drainage, splinting, foreign body removal.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care to OSF patients.
• Provide Advanced Practice services.
• Maintain consistency and quality of all services provided.
• Maintain full and current patient medical records.
• Assist the Ministry CEO in keeping costs down while maintaining quality.
• Provide a personalized, patient-centric experience aligned to patient preferences and needs.
