Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least one year as an EMT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients professionally and provide information about conditions, treatments and medications.
• Triaget patient needs, take vital signs, obtain histories and assist with procedures.
• Document patient data in EHRs and collaborate with clinicians to support discharge planning.
