The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) for our Rapid Care team in Berkeley Springs, WV. This role involves comprehensive management of emergency medicine patients, coordination of care, and education of health students.

Applicants should have relevant degrees and certifications, along with strong communication skills. Experience in acute care or emergency medicine is preferred. The position is exempt and involves a weekly schedule of 20 hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification by recognized APRN Certification Centers required.
• Licensure in West Virginia as an RN and APRN required.
• ACLS and ATLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage care for emergency medicine patients and their families.
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and coordinate discharge planning.
• Educate residents and medical/nursing students.
