Job summary

Nobel Women is seeking a qualified clinician to provide urgent care and on-demand services. You will evaluate patients, take histories, perform examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s in an advanced practice nursing field or PA studies.
• National board certification as CNP/CNS/CNM/CRNA or NCCPA for PAs.
• BLS certification present.
• Active Ohio APRN license or PA license with prescriptive authority.
• Ability to maintain physician collaboration as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and on-demand services; evaluate patients, take histories, perform exams, order/interpret tests, diagnose, and treat.
• Coordinate care with collaborating physicians and multidisciplinary team, and participate in team huddles and quality reviews.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation and meet weekend responsibilities.
• Complete chart quality reviews and uphold documentation/quality standards.
