Job summary

UMC Urgent Care at KingsPark seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our clinical team. The role involves direct patient care in a walk-in setting with evening and weekend coverage and salary differential for non-standard hours.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted TX PA/NP license, possess a BSN/MSN and have completed an accredited PA/NP program. Basic Life Support certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• Texas license or eligibility to obtain/transfer license.
• BSN or MSN degree and completion of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and treat medical conditions of patients.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests and studies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with physicians.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
