Qualifications

• Must hold an NP license or PA certification with prescriptive authority.
• Experience triaging patients and coordinating care in urgent care or clinic.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for patient and family education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to assess and treat patients in outpatient clinics.
• Provide care for acute and chronic conditions with education and counseling.
• Coordinate care and referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
• Triages clinic calls and notifies physicians for follow-up according to provider instructions.
