Society of Emergency Medicine PAs (SEMPA) seeks an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider to join Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Washington. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage non-life-threatening conditions with a team-driven approach aimed at quality care and timely patient flow.

Qualifications
- PA degree and WA state license required.
- PA certification with prescriptive authority.
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers per AHA.
- Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of urgent care patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide education and connect patients/families with community resources.
- Collaborate with other providers for coordinated care.
- Stay current with urgent care research and best practices.
- Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Mon-Fri and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM weekends (0.8 FTE).
- Salary range: $98,032–$130,373 per year.
