CareNow Urgent Care in Lumberton, TX is seeking a full-time, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our outpatient urgent care clinic.

The successful candidate will see patients from 3 months and up, work independently, and perform common procedures including I&Ds and suturing. Texas licensure and DEA registration are required, and X-ray interpretation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified and Texas-licensed with DEA.
• Ability to perform first reads on x-rays.
• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform I&Ds, suturing and other procedures as needed.
• Order and interpret basic X-rays.
• Work independently in an outpatient urgent care setting.
