Job summary

SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join our team. The role offers full-time or part-time options with 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts, plus on-site lab and X-ray services as part of a multi-specialty group practice.

Compensation is competitive with hourly pay and possible signing bonus; retirement and malpractice insurance are included, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Family Medicine physician or an Emergency Medicine physician to work in our SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Practice Setting:

• Full-time or part-time options available
• 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts with variable rotations
• 6-week rotations with 4 eight-hour weekend shifts every 6 weeks-li>
• Extremely competitive hourly pay rate
• Laboratory and X-ray services on-site
• Part of a multi-specialty group practice
• All ages and acuity levels seen at this location
• Avg of 2.5 patients /hour
• Position available due to a retirement
• Position is part of The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic
