Colson Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Plastic Technician for our 44,000 sq ft warehouse. You will perform manual labor, produce plastic parts, mix resins, and operate ovens. Training is provided and a safe, organized environment is maintained.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse exposure and ability to operate in a warehouse setting.
• Comfort with manual labor and team-based work environment.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Produce plastic parts according to detailed work instructions.
• Weigh, mix, and heat liquid resins safely and accurately.
• Pour and heat molds in ovens and handle hot molds.
• Handle containers and 5-gallon pails of liquid material.
• Meet daily quotas and record progress on activity reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in extensive on-site training.
• Colson Group reserves the right to adjust duties as needed.
