Prolific is seeking Fluent Urdu speakers to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real language expertise. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you’ll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

Researchers seeking your skills tend to pay up to $30/hr, and you must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, with many tasks shorter and flexible hours. Remote work from home is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent Urdu and verifiable experience in Urdu language tasks.
• Strong English language skills are required.
• Willingness to take our skills verification test to assess suitability for Domain Expert tasks.
• High attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.

Responsibilities

• Completing AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing in Urdu.
• Judging the performance of AI in Urdu prompts.
• Improving cutting-edge AI models.
