URBN is seeking a Product Manager to join the development of AI-Powered digital experiences.
The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Merchandising, and Business Intelligence . You will leverage cutting-edge AI and data science tools and methodologies to deliver seamless, high-impact digital solutions. You will be responsible for synthesizing multiple, often conflicting, points of view and sources of information to produce a valuable and viable roadmap with an emphasis on iterative value . You are detail oriented yet creative, strategic yet decisive. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration , data-savvy with expertise in AI/M L applications and fluent in the latest fashion and retail technology and trend landscapes.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead – Demonstrate a high degree of accountability as you drive the ideation, development, and launch of digital products supporting your product roadmap.
- Align – Work across the enterprise to gather and align requirements in a manner that clearly prioritizes meaningful customer and business objectives.
- Analyze – Use information to inform your decision making. Integrate both internal and external signals, data and trends to inform and guide your decisions.
- Foster Creativity – Cultivate a safe, collaborative working environment for you and your team to think creatively, disprove quickly and deliver confidently.
- Craft Solutions – Synthesize business needs and signals into intuitive and usable solutions.
- Define Requirements – Write detailed business requirements and user stories that will help guide delivery teams through the solution implementation process.
- Anticipate – Take initiative to see around corners and help to solve problems before they impact teams.
Role Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building and shipping consumer digital products together with teams of designers & engineers.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, ability to navigate ambiguity & communicate a clear point of view to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excitement around about building digital products for a passionate group of Brands in a rapidly changing retail landscape.
- Detail oriented with organizational skills and ability to easily manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Experience working in fashion retail, merchandising or similar field.
- Passion for innovation, AI, and enhancing digital experiences.
- Experience working in AI or Machine Learning solutions is desired
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science or related field is ideal.
