URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control/Quality Auditor Clerk to maintain a safe, organized warehouse, perform cycle counts, reach UPH targets, and assist in other departments as needed.

The role is based in Gap, PA with a 6:00am–4:30pm Monday–Thursday shift. Applicants must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and can operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Knowledge of RF scanner.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Work well under pressure and time constraints.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

As an Inventory Control/Quality Auditor Clerk, your role is crucial in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your daily tasks include conducting cycle counts, meeting units per hour targets, aligning products, processing damages, and providing assistance in various departments as needed.

Shift: Monday - Thursday; 6:00am - 4:30pm

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

URBN offers a predictable pay increase schedule through our Step Program for designated roles— associates receive scheduled wage increases at 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years of tenure.Subject to change at company's discretion.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.75/Hr.
