Colorado City & County Management Association in Longmont, CO is recruiting a Redevelopment & Revitalization Manager to lead urban renewal and economic development initiatives within the city. You will coordinate with the Longmont Urban Renewal Authority, manage complex projects, and foster public/private partnerships to attract investment.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 9,990–11,100 monthly salary range, with a closing date open until filled.

Qualifications

• Five years of increasingly responsible experience in redevelopment/economic development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Support LURA goals and staff activities under the City Manager’s Office.
• Develop and implement urban renewal plans and redevelopment projects.
• Negotiate public/private partnerships and development agreements.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and city staff for timely reviews.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for decision-making.
