Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban or Regional Planning, Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• One year of urban and regional planning or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Presents findings of planning and zoning projects at public meetings and hearings.
• Researches land use, demographic and economic information from maps and sources.
• Prepares maps, recommendations and reports on strategies and transportation projects.
• Manages multi-agency review process for zoning and subdivision proposals.
• Provides technical assistance to the public, developers, engineers, and attorneys.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
