Role Summary

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine and engaging experience to each customer.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

• Acts as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company's values
• Initiates conversations, shares advice, and product knowledge to personalize customer interactions
• Uses technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience (e.g., MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pickup)

Teamwork & Communication

• Maintains a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude towards colleagues
• Collaborates effectively, sharing ideas and supporting team needs
• Demonstrates flexibility, willingness to learn, and openness to change

Visual & Business Operations

• Maintains visual standards and operational procedures while focusing on customer service
• Supports shipment processes and keeps abreast of new and existing products
• Follows safety standards, ensures inventory accuracy, reduces product loss, and adheres to company policies to support store profitability

Pay Range
