Urban Outfitters is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors in Columbus to bring the brand to life through authentic connections and personal style. You’ll engage customers, present drops and promos, and help create a fun, on-brand shopping experience both in-store and online.

Ideal candidates are excited by fashion and culture, with strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. This seasonal role offers flexible hours, employee discounts, and hands-on experience in fashion

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Show up as you; stay in the know on product drops, trends, in-store and online.

• Keep the store organized, restock, and style displays to stay on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store or online.
• Be open to trying new things and learning on the job.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
