Role Summary

The Key Holder collaborates with the store management team in supervising daily store operations. They support the store by setting a fun and energetic pace to accomplish operational and visual objectives and drive sales through genuine customer connections.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to cultivate genuine customer connections; uses customer feedback to improve interactions.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using available tools (MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up).

Leadership & Team Management

• Participates as a floor service leader, facilitating an energized environment, communicating sales goals, and maintaining store needs.
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging, demonstrating decision-making and multitasking skills while prioritizing service.

Visual & Business Operations

• Supports daily opening and closing procedures and operational tasks.
• Executes shipment processing, restocking, and visual standards, ensuring timely omni-channel order processing.
• Upholds safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support profitability.

Communication & Relationships

• Contributes to an inclusive work environment, actively listening and seeking diverse perspectives.
• Supports onboarding and training of new hires, provides feedback on performance.
• Develops new skills, responds to feedback, and enhances customer interactions.
• Participates in meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $16.50/hour.
