Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Eligible for State of Delaware teacher certification.
• Experience teaching in urban settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, instruct, assess, and guide students toward academic success.
• Design and implement engaging science lessons aligned to standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze student progress and improve curriculum.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians.
• Attend weekly department meetings and contribute to school initiatives.
• Perform clerical duties related to records and reports as needed.
