Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate is required.
• Certificates in Chemistry, Biological Science, Earth Science, Physical Science, Physics, Elementary or Elementary K-6 with MS Science endorsement are desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a classroom leader delivering high quality, differentiated instruction.
• Set rigorous academic and behavioral goals for students and monitor progress with data analysis.
• Collaborate with staff to meet diverse student needs and ensure standards are met.
• Design and implement thorough lesson plans aligned to district goals and standards.
• Coordinate with Special Education teachers to support all students' needs.
• Track student achievement and provide feedback to students and families.
