Qualifications

• Experience teaching in urban or charter settings with track record of closing achievement gaps.
• Completion of MTELs in Communication/Literacy and content area by end of first year.
• SEI endorsement by end of first year.
• Experience adapting curriculum for equity and access.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver highly effective instruction.
• Use data sources to drive instruction and interventions.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Implement IEPs, 504 plans, and EL strategies.
• Communicate with families and colleagues per DREAM values.
