The City of Dallas is seeking a skilled Crew Leader to supervise a medium to large crew across a variety of maintenance projects for city infrastructure. You will lead, train, coordinate assignments, and ensure safe, efficient work while managing tools, materials, and records on-site.

You will also drive City vehicles, respond to citizen inquiries, and support emergency operations during storms. A high school diploma and several years of relevant experience, plus preferred CDL credentials, are

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four (4) years of experience with machinery/equipment in a large municipality or complex infrastructure.
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• CDL A and CDL B licenses with clean driving records are required or pursued.
• Other leadership certifications are highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes, prepares, and issues daily work assignments; ensures safety and efficiency.
• Leads and trains crews; delegates tasks and provides on-site safety training.
• Maintains records of expenses, work orders, schedules, and attendance.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Drives City trucks to transport workers, materials, and equipment to job sites.
