• Core Knowledge Experience.
• At least two years of successful teaching in an urban environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement a blended learning environment aligned to state standards.
• Create an inviting, innovative classroom that develops student critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare students for strong academic achievement and assessments.
• Communicate regularly with parents.
• Continually assess student progress and provide daily/weekly feedback and conferences.
• Collaborate with Special Education staff and administration to serve students with special needs.
• Attend all required staff meetings and after-school duties.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
• Incorporate feedback and coaching from administrators.
• Perform duties including morning, lunch, dismissal, and after-school tasks.
