Qualifications

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• 1-2 years of bus driving experience, urban setting preferred.
• Knowledge of San Jose routes and traffic patterns.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsabilités

• Drive fleet of buses safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality and comfort for all passengers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bus at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding and alighting.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of daily operations and passenger counts.
• Participate in scheduled training and safety drills.
