• Load tunnel correctly and monitor running equipment; start/stop as needed.
• Report any deficiencies to maintenance and keep area clean and organized.
• Maintain lint traps and lint collectors; resolve computer alarms.
• Maintain proper tank levels and follow safety rules; work overtime if production requires.

PURPOSE : To ensure tunnels, dryers and conveyors run at top efficiency.

JOB SUMMARY : Ensures the tunnel is loaded correctly and efficiently running. Starts and stops the water pumps, tunnel washer, press, shuttle, dryers, and conveyors. Reports any deficiencies to maintenance. Keeps work area clean of linen and trash. Maintains lint traps and lint collectors. Resolves computer alarms. Maintains proper level on tanks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
