What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan, index, categorize, and upload medical records and files into corresponding case files
- Process Utilization Review referrals and ensure timely assignment to Healthcare Professionals (HCP)
- Assist with overflow administrative tasks, including data entry and internet research
- Interact professionally with Nurses, Insurance Adjusters, and other medical professionals
- Respond to routine inquiries from customers and refer complex issues to appropriate staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with computer programs/functions, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- Basic understanding of medical terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or related administrative role
- Familiarity with Utilization Review processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience with data entry and case management software
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards
