Hope College TRiO Upward Bound is seeking a night dorm supervisor to support 80 high school students during the six‑week summer program. The role requires remaining awake, monitoring dorms, and ensuring student safety from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., while coordinating with coaching staff and administrators.

Upward Bound Program:Hope College TRiO Upward Bound is a federally funded program that prepares high school students to enter and succeed in post‑secondary education. The six‑week summer program serves 80 high school students, grades 9-12, and includes academic classes, social, cultural and recreational activities.

This position requires remaining in a sitting or standing position for frequent periods of time; uses office machinery such as a computers, printers, copy machines; Occasionally involves lifting over 10 pounds; frequently will move between different offices/workspaces/buildings; and requires effective communication abilities with students.
