Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an experienced technician to operate, monitor, and maintain Ultrapure Water and wastewater systems at client facilities. The role includes daily rounds, calibration of sensors, executing maintenance plans, and documenting activities in the CMMS.

You will work with SCADA/BMS systems and collaborate with EHS teams to ensure safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-purity process environments, knowledge of Maximo, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in UPW or high-purity process environments.
• Familiar with CMMS maintenance and process control systems.
• Strong safety and environmental compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain UPW/DI and Wastewater systems.
• Conduct rounds, verify process parameters and equipment health.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
• Calibrate field instruments and ensure traceability of data.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with engineering.
