Job Description Summary

The Uptower Repair Project Manager will be responsible for project management, planning, and coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial and commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning and execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and execute service projects, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager), cost & quality management.
• Ensure project methodologies and standards are followed, including scheduling and control, to meet customer needs and financial parameters.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
• Apply prior experience and technical expertise to execute policies and strategies.
• Understand key business drivers and how team activities contribute to organizational goals.
• Use judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance.
• Utilize technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems.
• Collaborate with other teams and utilize internal resources for decision-making.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Services & Projects Management.
• At least 2 years in operations, project management, sourcing, or logistics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
