PsychPlus in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our inpatient behavioral health team. This full-time role offers 7 on /7 off schedules and involves evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for inpatient patients.

Compensation is up to $180,000 annually and varies with experience. California license + DEA and PMHNP certification are required, with 5150 training preferred. W-2 or 1099 options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or inpatient medicine.
• Active California license and DEA registration.
• PMHNP certification.
• 5150 training and experience with California’s involuntary hold process preferred.
