Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is looking for a Manager in Manufacturing Sciences & Technology to lead the tech transfer processes at their Madison, WI facility. This position demands a strong background in upstream tech transfer, and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and scientists.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field along with extensive experience in GMP settings. Key responsibilities include overseeing change management and authoring batch documentation for compliance. This role is 100% on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline is required plus a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess hands-on experience with troubleshooting process equipment in a GMP setting.
• Must be a subject matter expert and technical leader in upstream or downstream manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review documentation, compile and assess applicable data.
• Lead a team of 5 to 12 direct reports to drive technical transfer of processes.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify process or equipment improvements.
