Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer for Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T), Downstream Technology Transfer, on‑site in Madison, WI. You will support process transfer, equipment alignment, and technology transfer for biologic processes from development to GMP manufacturing.

The role requires strong technical documentation skills, leadership experience, and hands‑on optimization of downstream operations across cGMP programs involving mammalian systems and single‑use

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in related role with STEM degree.
• Experience authoring technical reports, SOPs, and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Lead downstream tech transfer and process improvements for biologics.
• Draft and review development and transfer documentation with regulatory alignment.
• Support GMP manufacturing through documentation and technical oversight.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
