Qualifikationen

• Analytical problem solving and attention to detail in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP operations and laboratory processes.
• Experience handling manufacturing equipment and SOP writing.
• Understanding of vaccine production processes and QC practices.
• Ability to read measurements, perform calculations and use a computer.
• Experience with production scheduling and batch records.

Aufgaben

• Ensures quality product by knowing and maintaining company and Departmental standards and procedures.
• Perform sterile operations according to Standard Production Processes (SPPs) and SOPs.
• Prepare cell and viral cultures in flasks and large rollers; manage large volumes.
• Sanitization or sterilization of designated areas and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment as required.
• Perform SAP transactions (goods issuing/receipts) and cycle counts.
• Ensure all equipment and components are staged for operation.
• Provide leadership for Tier 1 process and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Operate in aseptic gowning and PPE; participate in area batch record reviews.
