• 2–4 years of relevant experience within investment banking, private equity, or corporate development/finance.
• Must have experience within the oil & gas / energy sector.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with M&A, transaction execution, or investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction models.
• Conduct market, company, asset, and industry research across the upstream oil & gas sector.
• Prepare investment committee materials, management presentations, and transaction analyses.
• Assist with due diligence processes across financial, operational, commercial, and technical aspects.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and develop recommendations for senior management.
