Get Me Healthcare in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a full-time Upsell Sales Specialist to build relationships with existing clients and grow account value through additional products and services. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to drive adoption, maximize retention, and expand your book of business.

The role offers an $18/hour base plus uncapped commissions and renewals, with a 7 am–5 pm schedule, Monday–Friday and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales.
• Ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities with customers (preferred).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand account value through additional products and services. Along the way, you'll monitor key performance metrics, manage your opportunity pipeline, track revenue goals, and create consistent growth across your portfolio of accounts.

To Qualify, You'll Need:

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities with customers is preferred

• Pay: $18 per hour base plus performance-based incentives through uncapped commissions and residuals, typically earning an average of 75,000-200,000+ per year
