• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Providing detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns professionally.
• Assisting team members as needed to maintain service flow.
• Performing opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Maintaining clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Processing payments, issuing receipts, and thanking guests.
