Cheeky, the newest concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is opening in Charleston and seeks confident Servers to join our team. We’re building a dynamic, high-energy dining atmosphere with pristine coastal ingredients and vibrant wines.

Both lunch and dinner shifts will be offered, with full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule. Ideal candidates have experience in upscale, high-volume service, strong wine and cocktail knowledge, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year).
• Knowledgeable discussion of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with urgency.
• Strong communicator with a polished, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and server assistants for seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and areas.
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using POS.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold standards of service and hospitality in a fine dining environment.
