Cheeky, the latest concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group in Charleston, SC, is seeking a confident, engaging Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, upscale environment. We will offer both lunch and dinner service with daytime and nighttime shifts; positions include full-time and part-time roles, with a strong earning potential from tips in a lively dining room.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining (1+ year preferred).
• Confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Polished, professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Explain menu with knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take and input accurate orders into POS.
• Deliver food and drinks timely and attentively.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized sections and service areas.
• Handle payments and process checks via POS.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold service standards of fine dining.
