Spain Wine Bar in Ocean City, MD is seeking a full-time bartender to craft innovative cocktails and deliver elevated guest experiences on a rooftop setting. You will prepare house-made syrups, engage guests, and maintain a spotless workspace while supporting wine service as needed.

We value 6+ years in high-volume environments, TIPs and RAM certifications, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused bar. Weekend/night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of bartending/mixology in a high-volume upscale environment.
• TIPs certification.
• RAM certification.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and self-efficacious.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to check IDs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve innovative cocktails with consistency.
• Create house-made syrups and infusions.
• Engage with guests to deliver memorable experiences.
