Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move up to 150 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and reset tables promptly and consistently.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for cleaning.
