Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Brew Brothers Server role provides friendly, prompt, and upscale service to guests in a team-oriented environment. You will take orders, deliver meals, answer questions, and maintain cleanliness for both front and back of house areas.

The position requires strong communication and a commitment to 100% customer service, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will operate a POS device, maintain neat appearance, and participate in family-style service alongside

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance.
• Must be committed to 100% customer service.
• Must be able to operate a point of sales device and be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from guests.
• Deliver orders to guests.
• Answer questions from guests.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant front and back of house.
• Replenish dining room items (salt/pepper, ketchup, etc.).
• Work with front server in a team atmosphere and bus tables when needed.
• Practice family style service with guests and team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
