Loews New Orleans Hotel in the Warehouse District invites you to join its hospitality team as a Restaurant Server. You will deliver attentive service, present menus, take orders, and contribute to a warm dining atmosphere that guests remember.

We seek candidates with restaurant or hospitality experience, strong guest service and communication skills, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds. POS experience is a plus; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 40-50 pounds as needed.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
