Maggiano's Little Italy is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily shifts, coach a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in our IL location. You will oversee service quality, labor management, and food safety, while engaging guests with warm hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional Guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate Teammates to deliver outstanding service and food quality.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle Guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach.
• Support hiring, training, and development of new Teammates.
• Partner with managers on scheduling, labor management, and restaurant initiatives.
