Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West seeks a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas, from making beds and replenishing amenities to ensuring every space reflects our high standards of quality and hospitality.

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred, but not required. You will need a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and varying

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
