Towne Park is seeking a Door Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality in a white-glove service environment. The role opens doors for guests, assists with transportation, and supports guests with directions and requests while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Open availability is recommended as schedules depend on resort business volumes. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with benefits as described for eligible roles.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree.
• Work Experience: 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Wheelchair Safety Training completion may be required.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and practices.
• Skills: Reading/writing English, basic math, time concepts, and presenting information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional hospitality with attentiveness, professionalism, discretion, and guest care.
• Open doors for guests and assist with transportation to off-site locations.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Respect guest last names, greet with appropriate salutation, and assist with directions.
• Follow Towne Park etiquette and support guests with rooms, luggage, and services.
