Job summary

RHO Residential LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Weehawken, NJ community. You will assist the maintenance team to keep the property safe, secure and comfortable, and you’ll carry out assigned duties promptly and professionally.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with English literacy, 1–2 years in property maintenance, EPA Type I & II refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with ability to read/write English fluently.
• 1–2 years of property management maintenance or related work.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I & II, and valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances as directed.
• Inspect property and correct unsafe conditions; perform preventative maintenance.
• Process work orders, coordinate make-ready repairs, and assist maintenance staff.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; snow removal and seasonal tasks.
• Operate safely and arrive on site promptly as required by supervision.
